Terms of service for using the Sutudu platform and Sutudu.TV streaming service.
By using Sutudu.com or Sutudu.TV, you agree to these terms of service. Sutudu provides film distribution and streaming services for filmmakers and viewers. Filmmakers retain full ownership of their content at all times — Sutudu is a distribution platform only.
Filmmakers grant Sutudu a non-exclusive license to distribute content on Sutudu.TV per the chosen monetization model. Revenue splits are determined by your subscription tier at the time of film submission. Quarterly payouts are processed with a $25 minimum threshold.
Viewers may rent, purchase, or stream content per the availability settings chosen by each filmmaker. TVOD purchases grant personal viewing rights. Content may not be redistributed, recorded, or shared without authorization.
